30 hours of Pre-Licensing education for BROKER Massachusetts real estate exam (tuition & books $275)
Continuing Education:
12 hours of CONTINUING EDUCATION as now required by the Commonwealth Tuition $130

Free Repeat Option: All students are eligible to repeat any part or all of the courses as often as they feel necessary for up to two years at NO additional cost.
